Quail Hunting

Bobwhite quail hunts at OakGrove have traditionally been a family affair and are now being offered to our hunting cliental with limited availability. Two hunting styles are offered. For the shooting enthusiast, a special area has been developed for preserve-style shooting of daily released birds. For the traditionalist, limited, premier hunts are available including early-season, covey release birds and wild birds. This hunt is conducted from Jeep and horseback and we request experienced riders only.

Quail Hunting Fees

Premier Hunt – $4,500 per hunt
January 1 – March 1, 2005

2 hunts with overnight stay at lodge (PM hunt, AM hunt)
1-4 hunters (2 shooters at a time)
all birds pre-season released or wild
